The Maharashtra State Seeds Corporation Limited a leading Public Sector Undertaking in India, engaged in seed production, processing and marketing of quality seeds of various crops and varieties, having annual turnover of more than Rs.500 Crores, wishes to recruit dynamic professionals for the following posts.
Post Details:-
1) General Mana'ger: One Post
Qualification & E.perience : M.Tech. (In Agriculture Engineering). Preferably with specialization in Agricultural Processing Engineering from any recognized Agricultural Universitie.' Agricultural Institutes/ Engineering Institutes.
He must .„ve minimum post qualification experience of 8-10 years in Seed Industry i.e. in the area of planning, processing, processing stores, installation and maintenance of Plant and Machineries, preparation of Project Reports, Material Management etc. at a senior level.
Desirable: Candidate having Ph.D in Agriculture Process Engineering or M.B.A or M.C.A. with sound knowledge of Computer will be given preference.
Age (Maximum) : 50 years. Pay Scale : Pay Band-4 Rs.37400-67000 Grade Pay Rs.8700/-
Gross initial emoluments approx.Rs.1.08 Lakh per month + perks i.e.medical reimbursement, CPF/Gratuity, Car, Mobile etc.
Senior Level Experience means :
For MSSCL Candidates : Out of 8 years, having minimum 3 years experience on the post of Regional Manager OR Dy.General Manager having Grade Pay Rs.6600/- & above.
Govt/Semi-Govt - Out of 8 years, having minimum 3 years experience on the Similar post having Grade Pay Rs.6600/- & above. Pay scale order and last one year IT return OR Form No.16 should be submitted.
Private Sector - Working as Regional Officer/Manager (more than one district) in organizations having minimum annual turnover of Rs.100 Crores. First year/last year pay slip and certificate with last year IT return OR Form No.16 should be submitted.
2) Deputy General Manager (Marketing) : One Post
Qualification & Experience : Graduate in Agriculture from any recognized Agricultural Universities / Agricultural Institutes. Post Graduate in Agriculture & Degree/Diploma in Business Management of Marketing from rep *ed Institutes will be preferred.
He must have minimum 6 years post qualification experience in planning, marketing strategy, monitoring market research, development of distributors network , pricing, advertising and demand forecasting a. a . ~ senior level.
Age (Maximum) : 40 years.
Pay Scale : Pay Band-3 Rs.?56L'-39JO0 Grade Pay Rs.6900/-
3) Deputy General Manager (Production) : One Post
Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate in Agronomy/ Plant Breeding/Genetics /Botany and Seed Technology from any recognized Agricultural Universities/ Agricultural Institutes. Ph.D/ Special training in seed production, seed testing, seed certification, plant multiplication and Tissue Culture at a senior level are preferred.
6 years post qualification experience in planning, execution and administration and seed produ'tion at senior level.
Age (Ma,imum) : 40 years.
Pay Sale : Pay Band-3 Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs.6900/-
Gross initial emoluments for Sr. 2 & 3 approx.Rs.63,700/- per month + perks i.e.medical reimbursement, CPF/Gratuity, Mobile etc.
Senior Level Experience means : (For Sr.No.2 & 3)
For MSSCL Candidates : Out of 6 years, having minimum 3 years experience on the post of District Manager Grade-1 OR higher post having Grade Pay Rs.5400/- & above.
Govt/Semi-Govt - Out of 6 years, having minimum 3 years experience on the Similar post having Grade Pay Rs.5400/- & above. Pay scale order and last one year IT return OR Form No.16 should be submitted.
Private Sector - Working as Regional Officer/Manager (more than one district) in organizations having minimum annual turnover of Rs.100 Crores. First year/last year pay slip and certificate with last year IT return OR Form No.16 should be submitted.
The candidates would be reimbursed to and fro IIIrd AC Rail fare only from their present place of residence for attending the interview on production of proof.
